Food Friday #15: Shango

The minute I walked into Shango, I felt like I was back in Holland Village in Singapore. We believe the owners actually converted the garage into part of a dining area. It's very charming and inviting.

They have a vast array of dishes on the menu from po-boys to meat/seafood entrees however, some of them did seem a bit pricey. Personally, I opted for the Creole Bouillabaisse ($19), which was tasty. Loaded with scallops, clam, crawfish, shrimps, in a richly spiced tomato stew. However, it could have been more satisfying accompanied with spiced rice, just like what I had at Chesters (Refer to Food Friday #11).

Rating: 4/5
